CHANEL Product Manager, Dallas TX — Lead handbags and leather goods category with team coaching, sales strategy, and elevated client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coach and inspire the sales team to deliver an elevated client experience across all customer segments
  • Foster a positive working environment that prioritizes feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and collaborative teamwork
  • Provide comprehensive initial and ongoing training on CHANEL savoir faire, product specifications, and service delivery standards
  • Drive all strategic aspects of the assigned product category, including performance analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and partnership with the Home Office buying team
  • Lead the team with agility and resilience by applying key performance indicators and lessons learned to enhance business and team performance
  • Represent CHANEL in the market through community involvement, partnerships with high-profile local businesses, and social and seasonal events
  • Maintain in-store presence to develop and mentor team members, uphold boutique image and operational standards, and drive business results

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of related retail or product management experience
  • Proven track record of team leadership and people development
  • Deep understanding of and passion for client experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of CHANEL's heritage, product offerings, and brand values
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity while driving results
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs regularly
