Role & Responsibilities

  • Coach and inspire the sales team to deliver an elevated client experience across all customer interactions
  • Foster a positive, inclusive working environment promoting feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and collaborative teamwork
  • Provide comprehensive initial and ongoing training on Chanel savoir-faire, product details, and service delivery protocols
  • Drive all aspects of assigned product categories including analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and coordination with Home Office buying teams
  • Lead with agility and resilience, applying key performance indicators and lessons learned to enhance both team and business performance
  • Represent Chanel in the market through community involvement, partnerships with local businesses, and organization of social and seasonal events

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of related retail or product management experience
  • Demonstrated excellence in team leadership and people development
  • Strong understanding of and passion for client-centric retail experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds regularly
  • Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and select holidays
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
