Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Cultivate a positive work environment that encourages feedback and teamwork.
- Provide comprehensive training on Chanel's savoir-faire, product details, and service delivery.
- Drive business performance within the Handbags, Small Leather Goods, and Shoes categories.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying team for assortment planning and analysis.
- Enhance team performance through the application of key performance indicators.
- Represent Chanel in the market, expanding the client base through community engagement and events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

Compensation
