Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to drafting a range of contracts.
• Help draft reports, training materials, procedures, and other documents.
• Draft correspondence, legal memoranda and notes, and meeting minutes.
• Conduct legal research and monitoring.
• Support international legal coordination.
• Provide administrative follow-up on files.

Qualifications

• Holds a Master 2 degree or is a trainee lawyer.
• Has a successful initial experience in a law firm or in-house.
• Is committed to and passionate about CSR and sustainable development.
• Demonstrates rigour, strong writing skills, and analytical and synthesis capabilities.
• Has strong interpersonal skills, can manage urgent matters, and works well in a team.
• Demonstrates dynamism, commitment, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Has very good English, with fluency in written and spoken English.
• Has a good level of proficiency with computer tools and databases.

Initial successful experience in a law firm or in-house.

Education

Master 2 degree or trainee lawyer.
