Chanel seeks a Product Industrialization Manager in Compiègne, France for a one-year contract role launching new skincare products.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead industrialization studies and feasibility analyses for new skincare and toiletries products, identifying and mitigating technical, quality, safety, and timeline risks
  • Analyze product briefs and present findings to industrial teams; estimate manufacturing costs and develop action plans to address identified risks
  • Coordinate and oversee all industrialization activities from initiation through production launch, ensuring timely product availability and adherence to project milestones
  • Plan, execute, and analyze industrial trials on packaging lines; document and update production parameters in SAP and Team Center systems
  • Chair and participate in regular project meetings with cross-functional stakeholders; maintain and communicate industrialization timelines and progress

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or university-level qualification with a strong foundation in production or product development
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
  • Proven listening, communication, and leadership skills across all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational and planning capabilities; strong initiative and solution-oriented mindset
