Chanel — Neuilly‑sur‑Seine: Internship for Product Experience Management (PXM) Project Assistant in Parfums Beauté, Digital, Data & AI (Sept 2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the PXM Project Manager in planning, executing and monitoring product experience initiatives across Parfums Beauté digital channels.
- Contribute to product data modelling, taxonomy design and enrichment workflows to ensure coherent, omnichannel product information.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (marketing, e‑commerce, IT, creative) to collect requirements, manage timelines and escalate risks.
- Perform data quality checks, validate content updates in PIM/CMS environments and assist with UAT and release validation.
- Document business processes, produce project status reports and maintain trackers for deliverables and KPIs.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of PXM processes and tooling.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in digital project management, information systems, marketing, e‑commerce or equivalent.
- Strong analytical rigour with demonstrable experience in data structuring or digital product projects (academic, internship or personal projects).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and professional working proficiency in English.
- Organisational aptitude with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.

Experience
Previous internship experience or academic projects in digital product management, e‑commerce, data governance or marketing technology is expected. Experience working with product catalogs, PIM or CMS systems is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a university programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in digital project management, information systems, marketing, e‑commerce or a related discipline.
