Chanel seeks a Product Evolution Project Manager (fixed-term) in Neuilly-sur-Seine to lead product change initiatives and cross-functional delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of product evolution initiatives: define scope, produce specifications, coordinate development and manage release schedules.
- Lead cross-functional governance with design, merchandising, sourcing, production, quality assurance and IT to ensure timely, on-brand implementations.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications; manage change requests and priorities through the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), resolve defects, and validate post-release performance against acceptance criteria.
- Manage external vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory and brand standards.
- Maintain program documentation, status reporting, risk registers and project plans to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing product evolution or change projects within retail, luxury goods, fashion or related sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into precise specifications and to manage multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
- Strong organisational skills with a track record of delivering to deadlines in a high-standards environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience briefing senior management.
- Ability to work with confidential information and uphold the brand’s discretion and aesthetic standards.

Experience
Mid-level profile with a credible track record (typically 3–5 years) of delivering product-related projects or product lifecycle changes in retail, fashion or luxury environments, including coordination of internal teams and external suppliers.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Product Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
