Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage consumer studies in collaboration with internal teams such as Formulation Laboratories and Marketing, as well as external partners like recruitment and research firms.
  • Define appropriate methodologies and resources to meet study objectives, including quantitative and qualitative research, statistical analysis, and projection exercises.
  • Analyze, interpret, and present findings to internal stakeholders.
  • Propose innovative evaluation methods and challenge existing processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sensory Laboratory to enhance data interactions and performance.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing Studies, Human Sciences, or Engineering with a focus on sensory and consumer studies.

Skills

Ability to transform insights and data into operational recommendations. Strong organizational, synthesis, and communication skills. Proficiency in English for international interactions.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in consumer research, preferably within the beauty industry, either at a research institute or as a client-side researcher.

Education

Master's degree in a relevant field.
