Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end product development for fragrance and beauty launches, ensuring alignment across R&D, packaging, supply chain, regulatory and marketing teams.
- Manage project timelines, milestones and launch schedules; proactively identify and resolve risks to delivery.
- Draft and maintain technical specifications, product dossiers and quality control documentation throughout development cycles.
- Liaise with external suppliers and internal manufacturing partners to track samples, prototypes and production readiness.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and safety requirements for cosmetics and perfumes in target markets; prepare regulatory submissions and labelling validations as needed.
- Support costing and pricing review in collaboration with finance and sourcing teams to optimise product economics.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, produce clear status reports and maintain a single source of truth for project documentation.
- Participate in post-launch follow-up, addressing quality issues, continuous improvement and product lifecycle updates.
Qualifications
- Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Engineering, Business or a closely related discipline.
- Solid knowledge of cosmetics and fragrance product development processes, with familiarity with regulatory frameworks for cosmetics.
- Proven project management capability with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; experience working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Professional proficiency in French and working proficiency in English.

Typically 3+ years' experience in product development, project coordination or a similar role within the cosmetics, fragrance or beauty industry, including exposure to international product launches and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
