Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and due diligence on product compliance matters, including intellectual property and regulatory requirements across key markets
- Review and analyze indirect procurement contracts, supplier agreements, and terms of service for legal and commercial risk
- Support the Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability legal framework, ensuring alignment with Chanel's procurement practices
- Prepare legal memoranda and advisory documentation on product liability, regulatory compliance, and CSR initiatives
- Collaborate with Product, Procurement, and Legal teams to identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master's degree in Law, specializing in commercial, corporate, or intellectual property law
- Strong understanding of product liability, intellectual property, and contractual law principles
- Demonstrated interest in luxury goods, sustainable business practices, or corporate social responsibility
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written

Experience
Legal studies at advanced level; prior internship experience in a legal or compliance function is beneficial but not required.
Education
Master's degree in Law (or equivalent post-secondary legal qualification in progress).
