Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in collection preparation processes by launching and coordinating studio requests with internal teams and manufacturers
- Source and evaluate new materials; establish material coding and manage prototype reception for studio meetings and collection styling
- Coordinate leather selection and purchasing for seasonal collections
- Validate colour standards across collection samples
- Develop, improve, and maintain collection tracking tools and documentation
- Manage product compliance and oversee technical refinement in collaboration with Technical Coordination and Quality teams
- Prepare purchasing showroom by verifying product information, visuals, and belt identification across looks; ensure prototype compliance and installation for review sessions
- Conduct analysis supporting purchase tracking, manufacturer debriefs, and collection reviews
- Track and manage prototype loan records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4 or Bac+5)
- Strong affinity for fashion product development
- Prior internship experience in luxury and/or fashion, preferably with leather goods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills
- Autonomy and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Initiative and problem-solving mindset
