Role & Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of all new materials and accessories required for collection assortments in collaboration with Development Project Managers and the Design Workshop
- Create and maintain article codes in enterprise systems and oversee physical supply chain logistics
- Monitor supplier orders to meet established timelines and communicate delivery schedules to internal stakeholders
- Process procurement requests from internal departments including After-Sales Service, Industrialization, and Communications
- Adapt rapidly to product development adjustments and collection timeline modifications
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat +2 (equivalent to French A-Level plus two years higher education)
- Demonstrated proficiency with office software and ERP systems (M3 preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across multiple departments
- Organizational ability and meticulous attention to detail
- Service-oriented mindset with adaptability to fast-paced fashion development environments
