Chanel seeks a Packaging Sourcing Project Manager in Neuilly, France for a 7-month contract role leading cost optimization initiatives in the Fragrances & Beauty division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and pilot value analysis and packaging optimization projects in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Challenge existing solutions and develop alternative recommendations to drive cost efficiency and innovation
- Monitor project execution, track realized savings, and measure performance against objectives
- Build and maintain appropriate reporting mechanisms to communicate project progress and business impact
- Participate in dedicated cross-functional working groups to support strategic procurement initiatives
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat +5 degree with specialization in procurement, supply chain management, or project management
- Demonstrated expertise in packaging procurement within the luxury goods sector
- Mastery of value analysis methodologies and cross-functional project management disciplines
- Professional fluency in English
- Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and analytical tools such as Excel and Power BI
- Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, creative problem-solving ability, and collaborative team orientation

Experience
Confirmed experience in packaging procurement within the luxury sector; demonstrated proficiency in leading value engineering initiatives and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sourcing projects.
Education
Baccalauréat +5 (equivalent to Master's degree) with specialization in procurement, supply chain management, or project management.

The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
