Chanel seeks a Procurement Administrator in Paris for its Watchmaking & High Jewelry Division to manage purchasing operations and supply chain administration.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare purchase orders for production and development activities
  • Configure and ensure data accuracy for assets within the ERP system
  • Create templates and frameworks necessary for export documentation
  • Collect, verify, and consolidate data required for export operations
  • Monitor deliveries between suppliers and the central warehouse, ensuring smooth supply chain flow
  • Coordinate regularly with suppliers to facilitate order processing and delivery
  • Collect, control, and process supplier invoices
  • Track billing and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Contribute to accounting period closures and reconciliation processes
  • Input and update product reference information, purchase volumes, and timelines across all assets
  • Participate in material balance reporting and ensure data quality and availability
  • Assist with team travel organization and expense report processing

Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative management, purchasing, sales administration, supply chain, or similarly demanding environments requiring coordination of multiple flows and data points
  • Demonstrated proficiency with office software: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable with information systems and databases, with ability to quickly adopt new tools and processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders
