Private Salon Stylist at Chanel 57th Street Flagship Boutique in New York, NY. Lead luxury client styling experiences for high-net-worth clientele. Full-time role, $92.4K–$190K annual base salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional styling and personalized service by understanding each client's unique needs and offering tailored product suggestions that reflect Chanel excellence
- Host and provide bespoke styling experiences exclusively for top-tier, high-net-worth, and select client profiles, ensuring the highest level of service and attention
- Serve as a fashion curator for the New York area, connecting across boutiques to share inspiration, elevate client experience, and foster a unified vision of Chanel style
- Support the presentation and styling of Chanel collections by embodying and interpreting creative vision, ensuring each collection resonates with clients
- Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with boutique teams to support client styling needs, share insights and feedback, and collectively achieve boutique objectives
- Partner with boutique leadership and cross-functional teams (Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, VIC, Fashion Expertise, Events) to provide feedback on product assortment and support strategic initiatives
- Provide styling coaching and support to Fashion Advisors to strengthen their expertise and enhance client appointments
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of related luxury retail, styling, or fashion advisory experience
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury fashion, trend analysis, and styling across multiple product categories
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth and VIP clientele
- Strong understanding of Chanel brand heritage, product offerings, and creative vision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including late evenings, weekends, and select holidays

Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion styling, private client services, or related fields demonstrating progressive expertise in high-end clienteling and personal styling.
