Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the investment team in sourcing and evaluating minority and strategic equity opportunities relevant to the Parfums Beauté portfolio.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, comparable company and precedent transaction analyses) to support valuation and scenario analysis.
  • Prepare investment memoranda, presentation materials and management summaries for internal review and governance committees.
  • Conduct market, competitive and commercial due diligence including sizing, channel dynamics and consumer segmentation for target companies.
  • Coordinate with external advisors (lawyers, accountants, consultants) and internal functions (legal, tax, supply chain, marketing) during transaction processes.
  • Track portfolio company performance and assist in the preparation of periodic reporting and post-acquisition integration reviews.
  • Support ad-hoc strategic projects, competitor intelligence and opportunity screening within beauty, personal care and adjacent categories.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a top-tier Master’s-level programme in Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent.
  • Strong academic record with demonstrable achievements in quantitative coursework.
  • Excellent analytical aptitude, attention to detail and ability to synthesise complex information into concise recommendations.
  • High level of professional discretion and ability to handle confidential materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to produce clear, executive-quality presentations.
  • Availability to undertake an internship (stage) in Neuilly-sur-Seine / Paris region for the period requested by the employer.

Experience

Previous internship experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, consulting or corporate finance is strongly preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate practical exposure to financial modelling, valuation and transaction processes.

Education

Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent (in progress or recently completed).
