Chanel Press Communications Assistant internship in Paris, France – digital communications tools for Watches and Fine Jewellery (6 months, Jan 2027).
Role & Responsibilities
- Index and maintain digital assets in Chanel's internal database for the global PR community
- Develop and track digital communication tools including digital press platforms, press kits, invitations, and translation workflows
- Provide digital assets to markets in response to requests
- Design and format presentation materials (PowerPoint) for internal meetings
- Conduct regular research and analysis on topics related to press operations and activities
- Monitor and manage production, ordering, and delivery timelines for communications tools across launches and press events
- Consolidate international orders and manage supplier order creation and tracking in the CROWN ERP system
- Coordinate logistics for shipments of press materials
- Consolidate and process invoices related to press communication tools
Qualifications
- Degree in Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent (minimum Baccalaureate +4/5 years)
- Minimum one year of professional experience in a press office or communications department
- Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with ERP systems, specifically CROWN
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Creative mindset with ability to thrive in dynamic environments

Education
Degree from a communications or business school, preferably international institution, or equivalent qualification (minimum Baccalaureate +4 to 5 years).
