Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Press team with daily tasks within the Watches and Fine Jewelry division.
  • Manage photo shoots in France, including handling items, stock analysis, and ensuring security and insurance.
  • Oversee the management of entrusted items and couriers.
  • Apply established procedures such as weekly tracking and monitoring press coverage.
  • Coordinate celebrity fittings for fashion shows and public relations events.
  • Send proposals and intranet press links to the media.
  • Suggest specific themes to journalists that align with the brand's image.
  • Participate in Press Shopping Meetings.
  • Assist in organizing the launch of new High Jewelry collections and PR events.
  • Provide logistical support for events, press presentations, and press trips such as the Deauville American Film Festival and Cannes Film Festival.
  • Monitor magazines and Instagram for coverage.
  • Ensure reporting of key launches and integrate coverage into Salesforce.
  • Track and report on INFLUENCE campaigns, creating campaigns on Lefty and participating in brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Communication or Business School.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Creativity and ability to propose innovative ideas. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Fluency in English.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in luxury fashion and public relations is essential.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Communication or Business School.
