Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the perfume and beauty counter within a department store environment, ensuring commercial objectives and brand standards are met.
- Drive sales performance through KPI monitoring, promotion execution, clienteling and targeted business development initiatives.
- Recruit, train, coach and develop a high-performing beauty sales team; conduct performance reviews and manage schedules, payroll and rotas.
- Oversee merchandising, stock control, inventory replenishment and loss-prevention procedures in line with Chanel standards.
- Deliver exceptional client service and build long-term client relationships using personalised clienteling and post‑sales follow-up.
- Implement visual merchandising and presentation guidelines to maintain brand image and to support product launches and activations.
- Coordinate with regional management, marketing and supply-chain teams to execute launches, events and local commercial plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations and health & safety standards; manage administrative reporting and sales reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in luxury beauty or premium cosmetics retail, with responsibility for a multi-person sales team.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and managing KPIs in a boutique or department-store counter environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in stock management, visual merchandising and clienteling strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills; ability to inspire, motivate and develop salon/counter teams.
- Professional presentation, high standards of customer service and the capacity to embody Chanel’s brand ethos.
- Proficiency in Mandarin expected; Cantonese and English are advantageous for the Guangzhou market.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing retail teams in luxury beauty or premium cosmetics; experience within department store counters or high-end boutiques preferred. Proven capability in meeting sales targets, executing product launches and developing client portfolios.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
