Role & Responsibilities

• Support the rationalization and efficiency of finished product quality controls in distribution centers (France, Italy)
• Deploy quality control sampling software tools and monitor control indicators and operational impacts
• Prepare and execute pilot programs for modulating quality controls across product lines
• Formalize operational needs, expectations, and requirements for supplier and partner relationships
• Maintain and improve the Quality Label framework including operational specifications and requirements
• Manage the transition to the new electronic document management system (GED), including document versioning, architecture configuration, and workflow verification
• Create and track performance indicators for partner quality assurance implementation across product lines

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or pursuing a degree from a generalist engineering school or equivalent
• Excellent analytical and organizational capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Fluent English proficiency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding of quality control and assurance processes
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business lines and functions

Skills

Experience

Currently enrolled in a general engineering program or equivalent higher education institution. No prior professional experience explicitly required, though any background in quality control, operations, or process improvement would be advantageous.

Education

Enrollment in a generalist engineering school or equivalent academic program.
