Chanel seeks a People Experience Partner in Hong Kong to drive employee engagement and HR strategy within a luxury fashion environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and managers to align HR strategy with organizational objectives
  • Design and implement employee experience initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and organizational culture
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent management, performance development, and succession planning
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new employees
  • Monitor and respond to employee feedback through surveys, forums, and direct consultation
  • Facilitate training, development programmes, and career pathway conversations
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations and best practices in Hong Kong
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and transformation initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR or people operations experience, ideally in luxury retail or fashion
  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment law and labour practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels

Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. Additional HR certifications (e.g. CIPD, SHRM) are preferred.
