Chanel People & Organisation Operations Specialist (12-month contract) in Singapore. Manage P&O processes, employee lifecycle and compliance for 2–3 years of experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver reliable support across key moments in the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, mobility, benefits and exits
  • Maintain high-quality employee records, documentation and processes in compliance with Chanel policies and local regulatory requirements
  • Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employee and manager enquiries, providing clear and timely support while escalating complex matters appropriately
  • Identify recurring issues and inefficiencies in P&O processes, implementing improvements and removing unnecessary steps
  • Monitor service trends and data quality, translating insights into practical actions to enhance employee experience and organisational compliance
  • Support digital and AI-enabled transformation initiatives by embracing new technology and automation tools responsibly
  • Take ownership of implementing and stabilising new programs, policies and processes for sustainable people service delivery

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in P&O, HR operations, shared services or employee lifecycle administration
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Applied knowledge of local regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency with HR systems, digital workflow tools and data analysis platforms
  • Data-minded approach with the ability to identify trends and use insights to improve processes
