Role & Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing for Swiss employees, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of salary payments and related reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with Swiss statutory payroll requirements, social insurance contributions and tax withholdings; prepare and submit statutory reports as required.
- Maintain and update employee records and payroll data within the HRIS; perform month-end payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Administer onboarding and offboarding payroll activities, including employment contracts, salary changes, terminations and final settlements.
- Liaise with external payroll providers, social insurance agencies and internal finance and HR stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Respond to employee enquiries regarding payslips, deductions and benefits with discretion and clear documentation.
- Support compensation administration and benefits management, including coordination of salary movements, allowances and payroll-related benefits.
- Drive process improvements and maintain strong internal controls over payroll and HR administrative workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in payroll and HR administration; prior exposure to Swiss payroll practices strongly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Swiss statutory payroll components and social insurance systems.
- High level of numeracy, attention to detail and proven ability to manage confidential information.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating between HR, Finance and external providers.

Typically requires at least 3 years' hands-on experience managing payroll and HR administration functions, preferably with exposure to Swiss payroll legislation or within an international luxury goods or retail environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
