Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, luxury client experiences across fragrance and beauty ranges at the Chanel counter within Boots Stockton-on-Tees.
- Conduct fragrance profiling and make-up consultations to recommend and demonstrate products tailored to client needs.
- Drive sales and basket penetration through active clienteling, upselling and follow-up, meeting assigned KPIs and sales targets.
- Maintain Chanel visual merchandising and presentation standards at the counter, including stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
- Manage samples, promotional activity and gifting while ensuring compliance with Chanel and Boots retail policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Record client interactions and maintain CRM records to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in beauty or cosmetics retail, preferably with prestige or luxury brands.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to consult and advise clients confidently.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak trading periods; ability to work part-time shift patterns.
- Right to work in the UK.

At least one year of direct beauty counter or cosmetics retail experience, ideally within prestige or luxury skincare, fragrance or make-up, with demonstrable sales performance and client relationship building.
Education
