Chanel is hiring a Part‑Time Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant at Boots Oxford. Represent Chanel fragrances and cosmetics with exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised consultations and product recommendations across Chanel fragrances, skincare and colour ranges to deliver an elevated client experience at the Boots Oxford counter.
  • Drive sales and meet individual and counter targets through proactive clienteling, sample distribution and conversion of spontaneous traffic into retained customers.
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge and application techniques, conducting fragrance profiling and make‑up demonstrations when appropriate.
  • Maintain Chanel visual and merchandising standards for the counter, ensuring presentation, stock rotation and replenishment align with brand guidelines.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately, process transactions, handle cash and complete daily reconciliation and stock‑control tasks.
  • Support promotional events, launches and in‑store activations, liaising with Boots management and Chanel field teams to execute brand initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience within prestige beauty, fragrance or cosmetics counters, preferably within a high‑end or department store environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering consultative, service‑led selling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural aptitude for relationship building and clienteling.
  • Impeccable presentation and adherence to luxury brand standards; flexibility to work weekends and retail peak periods.
  • Relevant beauty or make‑up qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
