Paralegal position at Chanel Paris supporting IP litigation and anticounterfeit enforcement operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist lawyers in managing intellectual property litigation cases from initiation to resolution
- Support anticounterfeit investigations and coordinate enforcement actions with internal and external partners
- Prepare litigation documents, pleadings, and legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research on IP law and counterfeiting issues
- Maintain case files and manage litigation calendars and deadlines
- Liaise with external counsel, brand protection teams, and law enforcement agencies
- Track and analyze trademark and patent enforcement data
Qualifications
- Paralegal certification or equivalent legal training
