Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the homologation and approval process for primary and secondary packaging used in Parfums Beauté, ensuring compliance with internal specifications and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of technical dossiers, specifications and testing protocols for packaging materials, closures and components.
  • Coordinate sample submission, laboratory testing and analysis (compatibility, migration, stability, organoleptic assessments) with internal labs and external testing partners.
  • Track project timelines and approval statuses in PLM/quality systems; liaise with suppliers, procurement, production and quality teams to resolve non‑conformances.
  • Contribute to supplier qualification activities and documentation updates following test outcomes or design changes.
  • Compile periodic reports and technical summaries for cross‑functional stakeholders and participate in review meetings.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's programme in packaging engineering, materials science, chemical engineering, cosmetic science, regulatory affairs or a closely related discipline (work‑study/alternance format).
  • Prior internship or project experience in packaging, materials testing or quality/regulatory activities is a strong advantage.
  • Good understanding of packaging materials (glass, plastics, elastomers, coatings) and basic laboratory testing methods.
  • Methodical approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously.
