Chanel Packaging Development Engineer internship (12 months) in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Support packaging innovation for fragrances and beauty.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the optimization and improvement of existing product packaging across makeup, fragrance, and skincare categories
  • Analyze and resolve packaging-related quality issues in collaboration with internal teams and supplier partners
  • Ensure packaging compliance with PPWR regulatory requirements and corporate environmental roadmap
  • Oversee proper industrialization of packaging solutions with manufacturing facilities
  • Plan and monitor project timelines and deliverables
  • Input data, develop specifications, and modify specifications within the PLM information system

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Bac+4/5) in engineering or specialized packaging program
  • Demonstrated sensitivity and understanding of packaging design principles
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite
