Chanel Packaging Development Manager, fixed-term contract in Neuilly-sur-Seine for makeup and fragrance packaging projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage packaging development projects from concept through production launch
- Collaborate with product development, design, and creative teams to establish packaging specifications and aesthetic requirements
- Oversee supplier selection, qualification, and quality assurance for packaging materials and components
- Monitor budget allocation and project timelines to ensure cost efficiency and on-time delivery
- Conduct technical reviews and testing protocols to ensure packaging meets brand standards and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with supply chain and logistics teams to optimise packaging functionality and sustainability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, Materials Science, or related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in packaging development or related technical roles
- Proficiency in CAD software and design tools
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, printing technologies, and production processes
- Experience with supplier management and quality control
- Fluency in French and English
