Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute packaging functionality tests in coordination with packaging engineers, development teams, suppliers, and manufacturing facilities
- Identify risks and define required testing protocols by conducting detailed exchanges with packaging engineers, developing comprehensive homologation plans
- Analyze test results, assess non-conformities, and recommend corrective or complementary testing to evaluate and mitigate risks
- Prepare decision-support documentation and technical synthesis to validate product design and packaging specifications
- Plan, organize, and conduct formula-to-material compatibility tests and analyze results to recommend appropriate materials for new products
- Document findings in technical reports and maintain accurate records within the company's information management systems
Qualifications
- Diploma in Packaging or Quality (Bac+2 or Bac+3 maximum)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in cosmetics or fragrance packaging
- Strong knowledge of packaging manufacturing processes and conditioning workflows
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking capabilities
- Proficiency in test planning, execution, and result interpretation
- Familiarity with packaging material properties and compatibility factors
