Role & Responsibilities
- Support the packaging sourcing lifecycle for fragrance projects: manage RFQs, obtain quotes, and consolidate supplier proposals.
- Coordinate packaging development with internal stakeholders (R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Production) and external design and manufacturing partners.
- Prepare and maintain packaging specifications, technical dossiers and artwork files relevant to perfume packaging components.
- Assist in supplier qualification and performance follow‑up, including lead‑time monitoring, quality control of samples and corrective actions.
- Contribute to cost analysis, price benchmarking and negotiation preparation to optimise total cost of ownership.
- Track orders and purchasing documentation (purchase orders, delivery schedules) in collaboration with procurement and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and sustainability requirements as they apply to packaging materials and labelling.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline packaging processes and supplier relationships.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a recognized Bachelor's or Master's programme in procurement, supply chain, packaging technology, materials science, industrial engineering or business (alternance/work‑study format).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within tight timelines.
- Analytical aptitude for cost review, vendor comparison and data consolidation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers professionally.
- Attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and packaging specifications.

Experience
Previous internships or practical exposure in procurement, packaging development or supplier coordination preferred; no extensive professional experience required given the alternance nature of the role.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme relevant to procurement, supply chain, packaging or materials science (alternance/work‑study track).
