Role & Responsibilities
- Support the packaging procurement process for fragrance and beauty products, including bottles, caps, closures, secondary packaging and labels.
- Prepare and manage requests for quotation (RFQs), compare commercial offers and contribute to cost analyses and recommendations.
- Coordinate sample requests, testing and approval workflows with design, R&D, quality and regulatory teams.
- Maintain supplier relationships under the guidance of the buyer; monitor lead times, delivery performance and corrective actions.
- Assist with purchase order creation, follow-up and reconciliation against delivery receipts and invoices.
- Contribute to sustainability and materials optimisation initiatives, tracking targets and supplier compliance where applicable.
- Support data entry and basic reporting in procurement systems; prepare presentations and status updates for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in procurement, supply chain, packaging engineering, materials science or a related discipline and eligible for alternance/apprenticeship.
- Demonstrable analytical aptitude and attention to detail with the ability to handle commercial comparisons and basic cost modelling.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across design, technical and quality functions.
- Organisational aptitude with the capacity to manage multiple follow-ups and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
Previous internship or coursework related to procurement, packaging or supply chain is preferred but not required; candidates should demonstrate practical exposure through projects, short internships or relevant academic coursework.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate programme (procurement, supply chain, packaging engineering, materials science or equivalent) and eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
