Role & Responsibilities
- Define and propose packaging approval test plans in collaboration with packaging engineers.
- Plan, organize, and conduct functionality and compatibility tests between formulas and materials in coordination with development packaging, suppliers, and factories.
- Analyze test results, identify non-conformities, and provide decision-making support to validate product design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in packaging, physical measurements, or quality.
Skills
Experience
Relevant experience in packaging, quality control, or related fields is preferred.
