Role & Responsibilities
- Define the scope of packaging approval projects in collaboration with the packaging engineer, including impacted products and formulas.
- Propose and implement packaging approval plans, adapting or introducing tests based on project complexity.
- Coordinate and conduct functionality and compatibility tests between formula and packaging materials, liaising with development teams, suppliers, and production facilities.
- Analyze test results and address non-conformities with internal or external laboratories.
- Provide comprehensive summaries and recommendations to support decision-making in product design validation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a technician or junior engineer in packaging, physical measurements, or quality assurance.
