Chanel is hiring an Orchestration Governance & Strategy Lead in Singapore to drive governance frameworks and strategic planning across the organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive governance frameworks and policies across the organization
- Establish and oversee governance committees and stakeholder councils to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives
- Design and manage orchestration protocols for cross-functional business processes and decision-making workflows
- Monitor compliance with established governance standards and recommend process improvements
- Lead strategic planning sessions with senior leadership to define organizational priorities and execution roadmaps
- Manage stakeholder communication and change management initiatives to support governance implementation
- Report on governance metrics and organizational performance indicators to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Proven experience in governance framework design and implementation within large, complex organizations
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and organizational development
- Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in luxury or multinational corporate environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with organizational change management and transformation initiatives
Skills
Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in governance, strategy, organizational development, or corporate operations, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or strategic advisory role within a multinational organization or luxury goods conglomerate.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
