Chanel Singapore seeks an Orchestration Governance & Strategy Senior Manager to align Fashion Division operations across SEAA and drive cross-functional execution.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Shape the vision, mission, and ambition of the Orchestration Team, providing a clear strategic frame to inspire collective progress and strengthen established ways of working
  • Design and implement a comprehensive orchestration governance cycle aligned with key business and planning milestones, ensuring clarity, cohesion, and accountability across teams to enable faster decision-making and stronger execution of Fashion priorities
  • Foster integrated, cross-functional collaboration by strengthening partnerships across Orchestration and key functions, building alignment and shared ownership to reduce silos and drive consistent delivery of Fashion initiatives
  • Optimize workflows and project delivery processes across all phases—from strategic framing to execution and measurement—enabling efficient team collaboration and seamless progress towards shared objectives
  • Lead and coordinate ad hoc and cross-functional initiatives by assembling targeted taskforces with appropriate stakeholders, ensuring timely progress on critical topics and integrating successful outcomes into ongoing ways of working
  • Define success criteria, measurement frameworks, and reporting principles to help teams track progress, drive accountability, and support continuous improvement across the division

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience managing complex projects and programmes within large, multinational organisations
  • Demonstrated ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive execution across functions, geographic markets, and multiple levels of seniority
  • Proven experience designing governance frameworks, establishing ways of working, and embedding sustainable operating models within dynamic organisations
  • Deep understanding of the Fashion business cycle, including collection milestones, commercial planning cycles, and key moments that shape execution across markets and functions
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to bring structure, prioritisation, and discipline to complex, multi-faceted topics
