Role & Responsibilities

• Support the two Supply Managers in piloting Trade, Gratuit, and Retail flows, managing allocation requests with supply partners and communicating product availability to internal stakeholders
• Optimize retail network inventory through allocation arbitrage; manage carrier follow-ups and returns
• Conduct weekly analysis of stock-outs and communicate results to boutiques and internal partners
• Monitor and share Power BI dashboards to boutiques and internal partners; propose new methods for sharing KPIs internally and externally to drive logistics performance
• Prepare analyses and develop action plans to address supply chain challenges
• Participate in digital and innovation projects; propose process automation improvements in continuous improvement perspective

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
• Proven experience in Management, Supply Chain, or Operations
• Strong understanding of logistics challenges and implications
• Excellent organizational and relationship management skills
• Proficiency with office software, particularly Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Comfortable with numerical analysis and data interpretation
• Fluent French
