Chanel Operations Support Internship in Paris: 6-month stage in customer service supply chain and logistics, January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the two Supply Managers in piloting Trade, Gratuit, and Retail flows, managing allocation requests with supply partners and communicating product availability to internal stakeholders
- Optimize retail network inventory through allocation arbitrage; manage carrier follow-ups and returns
- Conduct weekly analysis of stock-outs and communicate results to boutiques and internal partners
- Monitor and share Power BI dashboards to boutiques and internal partners; propose new methods for sharing KPIs internally and externally to drive logistics performance
- Prepare analyses and develop action plans to address supply chain challenges
- Participate in digital and innovation projects; propose process automation improvements in continuous improvement perspective
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
- Proven experience in Management, Supply Chain, or Operations
- Strong understanding of logistics challenges and implications
- Excellent organizational and relationship management skills
- Proficiency with office software, particularly Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Comfortable with numerical analysis and data interpretation
- Fluent French
