Chanel Operations Support Associate – Candiac, QC. Support Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewellery operations with inventory, logistics, and warehouse coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming merchandise according to Chanel standards
- Sort, organize, and store received products in designated locations
- Maintain structured, rigorous, and secure inventory systems
- Track uniform returns using appropriate tracking tools
- Support the control and management of obsolete product inventories, including disposition and logistics coordination
- Actively participate in recycling and neutralization processes for unsold products
- Support the preparation and organization of employee sales events
- Conduct inventory counts, including spare parts reconciliation
- Execute additional operational tasks as required to support business needs
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in materials handling, logistics, inventory management, or administrative support
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to work quality
- Excellent organizational and methodical approach
- Ability to work effectively within a team while demonstrating independence
- Advanced bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written

Experience
2–3 years of relevant experience in materials handling, logistics, inventory management, or administrative support within a structured operational environment.
