Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational functions across three boutique divisions to maximize productivity and ensure seamless execution of Standard Operating Procedures
• Direct cash register operations including opening, balancing, closing, invoice retention, and bank deposits
• Manage inventory integrity across all divisions, preventing losses and executing cycle counts, RFID audits, and year-end inventories
• Supervise shipping and receiving operations to ensure accurate processing of all parcels within 24 hours
• Organize and optimize stock placement to support business results and drive sell-through performance
• Lead the Chanel et Moi after-sales service program, managing repair intake, lead-times, spare parts, and minor in-store repairs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries and assisting on the sales floor as needed
• Coach, inspire, and develop the heart-of-house team while fostering effective communication with head office
• Create and manage all boutique invoices through internal systems and oversee multi-faceted boutique budgeting and expenditure forecasting
• Uphold boutique maintenance standards by communicating with contractors, vendors, and management to ensure service delivery
• Act as the principal resource and trainer on all systems, tools, and procedures for the entire boutique team
• Lead change management initiatives and take proactive initiative on boutique projects
• Maintain merchandise quality standards, ensuring correct ticketing and proper boxing/wrapping guidelines are followed
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, security procedures, and dress code guidelines per the CHANEL Charter

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of successful experience in retail operations leadership and/or stock management
• Demonstrated proficiency in boutique management with proven ability to develop and coach teams
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable collaborating across departments and working with diverse teams
• Physical ability to lift approximately 15–20 lbs regularly
• Fluent in English; French highly desirable

Successful experience of at least 4–6 years in retail operations leadership and stock management. Candidate must demonstrate expertise in directing multi-divisional boutique operations, managing high-performance teams, and maintaining operational excellence in a luxury retail environment.
