Chanel is hiring an Operations Manager for its Nordstrom Valley Fair boutique in San Jose, CA.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth functioning of the boutique location
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance management for operations team
- Maintain inventory control, stock management, and merchandising standards
- Ensure compliance with Chanel brand standards, policies, and quality benchmarks
- Coordinate with regional management and Nordstrom Valley Fair management on operational matters
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail operations management, preferably in luxury goods or high-end department store settings
