Chanel seeks an experienced Boutique Operations Manager for the Orlando location. Base salary $87,500–$120,000 annually.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and oversee all operational functions within the boutique, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, alterations, facilities management, security, resource planning and staffing, compliance, and expense management
  • Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations team to develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage all operationally aligned staff, providing coaching and inspiration to deliver flawless execution
  • Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools for the entire boutique team
  • Lead cross-functional projects and take initiative to drive business improvements
  • Manage budgets and forecast expenditures for a multi-faceted boutique operation
  • Maintain in-store presence to develop and coach teams, uphold boutique image and operational standards, and deliver elevated client service

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of related operational or retail management experience
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively with boutique leadership and support functions
  • Deep understanding of and passion for client experience excellence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for the House of Chanel, its heritage, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
  • Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within Chanel
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs
  • Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as required for boutique management
