Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Chanel Fashion and Shoe boutique at KaDeWe Berlin
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training to ensure exceptional service standards
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandise presentation
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth while maintaining brand luxury positioning
- Ensure compliance with Chanel brand guidelines and company policies
- Liaise between store-level operations and corporate headquarters
- Maintain store facilities, visual merchandising, and client experience environments
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail operations management
