Chanel Operations Intern in Geneva – 6-month full-time ERP and logistics support role managing cross-divisional operations and EDI flows.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Operations Coordinator as a business partner to three divisions, maintaining continuous operational alignment with Divisions and Markets
- Manage ERP systems at an expert level to resolve EDI blocks and process all daily operational flows
- Coordinate logistics flows for triangular operations, ensuring flawless order processing without customs complications
- Communicate proactively with Divisions and Markets to identify and mitigate operational delays
- Process and register all orders in the Export Department folder according to organizational standards
- Manage freight invoices through the FAP platform and regularize transactions including transfers, misdeliveries, and manual invoicing
- Monitor intranet systems and platforms to obtain critical operational information and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related degree program
- Academic institution must provide formal internship agreement
- Internship must be mandatory for degree completion and awarded academic credit
- Fluent in English with professional Spanish and Portuguese proficiency (B1 level minimum)
- Advanced Excel proficiency including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- First successful experience in luxury retail, fashion, or industrial operations

First successful experience in luxury or industrial operations environments, demonstrating competency in supply chain or operational support functions.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent discipline. Internship must be integrated into the study program and required for degree completion.
