Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily store operations at the Dubai Mall fashion boutique, ensuring adherence to Chanel SOPs and brand standards.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics: receive shipments, reconcile packing lists, coordinate deliveries with regional logistics and local couriers.
- Oversee inventory control and stock reconciliation, drive shrinkage prevention processes and support regular cycle counts.
- Liaise with regional headquarters, merchandising and visual teams to implement product allocations, markdowns and promotional plans.
- Prepare and deliver regular operational reports and KPIs to store management and regional stakeholders.
- Support boutique events, product launches and VIP deliveries by coordinating logistics, vendor engagement and on-site requirements.
- Assist with staff scheduling, administrative tasks and compliance with local regulatory and security procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, logistics or related discipline preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in retail operations or coordination, ideally within luxury fashion or premium retail.
- Demonstrable knowledge of inventory control, loss-prevention techniques and retail SOPs.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a high‑pressure retail environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills.
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years of hands-on experience in retail operations or logistics coordination, preferably within luxury fashion or high-end retail environments. Experience interacting with regional HQ teams and managing boutique-level inventory is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma or equivalent vocational qualification in business, retail management or supply-chain logistics acceptable.
