Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the store.
  • Manage inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing necessary operational assistance.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in retail operations, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems.

Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
