Role & Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for multi-brand retailers and boutiques regarding product availability, order status, and pricing information
• Process orders and provide warehouse instructions for order preparation, invoicing, and delivery across all three distribution networks
• Organize and monitor transportation logistics and invoicing
• Transmit order entry instructions and delivery guidance to boutiques in accordance with client requirements
• Orchestrate inter-boutique inventory transfers across France, Europe, and international markets
• Provide operational and procedural support to boutique teams (stock management, cash procedures, uniforms) and participate in boutique review meetings
• Continuously update and maintain stock process documentation
• Manage stock exchange requests between France, Europe, and international markets, including tracking, transport authorization, credit note issuance, and merchandise shipment monitoring
• Actively participate in digital tool deployment initiatives
• Accompany teams in adopting new digital functionalities and monitor needs expressed by boutiques
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform digital feature evolution
• Monitor tool and service performance metrics
• Establish and disseminate regular, actionable analyses
• Build and maintain a comprehensive dashboard incorporating all recurring KPI reporting

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree or equivalent (bac +4/5)
• Ideally possessing prior retail experience through internship or apprenticeship
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with demonstrated rigor and organizational ability
• Customer-centric mindset with strong collaborative aptitude
• Advanced proficiency with office productivity software, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced functions), and PowerPoint
• Fluent French language skills

Ideally one prior retail internship, apprenticeship, or equivalent practical experience in operations or distribution environments.

Education

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or equivalent qualification (bac +4/5 level).
