Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Operational Marketing Project Lead in planning and executing marketing programs for fragrances and beauty across European export markets.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables and approvals with internal teams (product, trade marketing, legal, supply) and external agencies or suppliers.
- Prepare briefs, creative packages and production specifications for POS, print and digital assets; follow up on production and delivery schedules.
- Assist in the rollout of seasonal launches and promotional campaigns in market, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and local adaptations.
- Track project budgets, maintain status reports and update trackers to ensure milestones are met on time.
- Compile post-campaign reporting and performance summaries to inform learnings and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations and materials for internal stakeholders and European country teams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in marketing, business, communications or a related discipline and eligible for alternance/apprenticeship.
- Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment.

Previous internships or practical experience in marketing, brand support or within the beauty/luxury sector is advantageous but not mandatory; this role is designed for a student in an alternance/apprenticeship placement.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in marketing, business, communications or equivalent; eligible for alternance/apprenticeship in France.
