Role & Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate and operationalize omnichannel strategies that unify in-store, e‑commerce and clienteling experiences across the Seoul market.
- Orchestrate customer journeys across touchpoints — acquisition, conversion, retention and VIP servicing — ensuring consistent brand expression.
- Manage CRM campaigns end-to-end: segmentation, personalization logic, campaign execution, and post-campaign analysis.
- Collaborate with retail operations, visual merchandising, e‑commerce, digital product and client advisors to implement integrated initiatives and in-store digital tools.
- Translate customer and transaction data into actionable insights; define KPIs and produce regular reporting for local and regional stakeholders.
- Lead A/B tests, pilots and iterative experiments to optimize conversion, average transaction value and retention.
- Own project plans, timelines and cross-functional communications; liaise with external agencies and technology vendors when required.
- Train store teams and client advisors on omnichannel processes, tools and best practices to ensure flawless execution at point of sale.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in omnichannel retail, CRM, digital marketing or retail operations — preferably within luxury or premium brands.
- Demonstrable track record of running data-driven CRM campaigns and customer journey programs.
- Strong stakeholder management with experience coordinating retail, digital and marketing teams.
- Comfortable working with analytics and reporting; ability to define and monitor performance metrics.
- Fluent professional proficiency in English; Korean language capability is strongly advantageous for market execution.

Experience
Typically 4–7 years of progressive experience in omnichannel retail, CRM or digital marketing, with at least several years working directly with retail store operations and customer-facing teams in a luxury or premium environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; postgraduate qualification preferred but not required.
