  • Keep occupational risk assessments for all sites up to date; coordinate with the External Prevention Service on preventive action plans, corrective measures, health surveillance and medical check-ups.
  • Manage the performance of Security and OHS providers, particularly guarding companies, through regular monitoring, performance reviews and contractual compliance follow-up.
  • Manage Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales (CAE) with contractors, including preventive documentation, access control and coordination with Facilities, works, maintenance, events and openings.
  • Develop, monitor and optimise the Iberia Security and OHS budget with the local Finance team, allocating resources according to risk exposure, operational needs and strategic priorities.
  • Monitor, analyse and report monthly Security and OHS KPIs, providing visibility on risks, incidents, compliance, provider performance and action-plan progress.
  • Organise, oversee and document mandatory OHS training and drills, including first aid, fire safety, evacuation drills and annual assessments.
  • Deliver awareness and training sessions for employees, boutique teams and on-site security guards to strengthen prevention, preparedness and a shared safety culture.
  • Prepare and coordinate OHS information for the Health and Safety Committee, employee representatives and relevant labour stakeholders; participate in meetings when required, respond to requests and follow up on agreed commitments.
  • Investigate security breaches, OHS incidents and near misses; coordinate prompt corrective action and share lessons learned to prevent recurrence.
  • Manage and investigate workplace accidents, coordinating relevant notifications or reports, root-cause analysis, corrective-action follow-up and legal or internal reporting of accident-rate indicators.
  • Develop and implement crisis-management policy in close collaboration with local management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Implement Chanel’s Business Continuity policy locally and coordinate regular preparedness exercises to strengthen business resilience.
  • Act as the main local contact for Internal Audit visits, European Security and OHS reviews, regulatory inspections and external assessments.
