Chanel in London seeks a National Accounts Coordinator, Fragrance & Beauty to manage wholesale partnerships and sales operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day management of national retail and wholesale accounts for the fragrance & beauty division, acting as first point of contact for account queries.
  • Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules and inventory reconciliation with logistics and supply-chain partners to ensure on-time distribution.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, performance dashboards and forecasts to inform account strategies and commercial decision-making.
  • Liaise with trade marketing, visual merchandising and CRM teams to execute national promotional calendars, product launches and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate account records in CRM/ERP systems, ensure invoicing and credit notes are processed and assist with dispute resolution.
  • Collaborate with commercial managers to analyse sales trends, identify growth opportunities and support contract and pricing administration.
  • Support execution of retailer business reviews, prepare presentations and compile promotional ROI and sell-through analysis.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in national accounts, wholesale, or commercial operations within beauty, luxury or FMCG.
  • Proven proficiency in sales reporting and Excel; comfortable preparing analyses and forecasts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced, brand-led environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with retail promotional mechanics.

Experience
