Chanel in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine seeks a Motion Design Assistant (apprenticeship) for Parfums Beauté — join the creative team to produce motion assets for campaigns and digital.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the creative team in producing motion graphics and animated assets across campaign, social, e‑commerce and in‑store channels for Parfums & Beauty.
- Animate 2D and 3D sequences, create title treatments, transitions and product-focused micro‑animations consistent with brand guidelines.
- Prepare and deliver broadcast‑ and web‑ready files; ensure correct codecs, aspect ratios and technical specifications for multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with art directors, photographers, video editors and marketing managers to integrate motion assets into broader campaigns.
- Maintain and organize the motion asset library, project files and version control; assist with basic compositing and retouching tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a recognised programme in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship required).
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating concept, timing, type animation and finished motion pieces.
- Solid understanding of motion design principles, storytelling, typography and composition.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced marketing environment.
Skills
Experience
Academic projects, personal work or previous internships in motion design or digital content creation; practical experience animating for social and digital campaigns is highly valued.
Education
Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's level programme in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia or a related discipline (alternance/apprenticeship format).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
